Met warns of poor horizontal visibility

Weather inshore until 6pm on Sunday will be hazy to misty with foggy at places at first, becomes hot daytime and humid by night, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report, warning of expected poor horizontal visibility expected at places at first.

Wind inshore will be variable less than 05 knot at first and will become mainly northeasterly to northwesterly with a speed of 05 to 15 knot.


Offshore, it will be mainly southeasterly to northeasterly at 03 to 12 knot.


Visibility will be 4 to 8/2 kilometers or less at places at first.


Sea state inshore will be 1 to 2 feet, while offshore it will be 1 to 3 feet.
