The seventh edition of the Katara European Jazz Festival concluded Saturday after entertaining audiences with some memorable performances by musicians from 11 countries - France, Austria, Portugal, Switzerland, Germany, Poland, Belgium, Hungary, Greece, Italy and Spain - over four evenings.

The festival was organised by Katara - the Cultural Village Foundation in co-operation with the embassies of the 11 European countries and sponsored by Qatar Airways as the Official Airline, Qatar Music Academy, FNAC Qatar, Fifty One East, and the European Union (European Cultural Association in Qatar). The last day saw performances by Italian and Spanish musicians.
