Zengo, the Pan-Asian restaurant at the Kempinski Residences and Suites, and Mexican hotspot Maya, have partnered for an “extraordinary affair” – “Brunch It Up”, a “unique experience combining the best of both worlds”.
“From carefully crafted concoctions and boldly flavoured dishes, ‘Brunch It Up’ has the perfect ambiance to unwind and enjoy breathtaking views across Doha’s skyline,” according to a press statement by Alfardan Hospitality.
The menu includes a vast selection of Doha’s favourites, ranging from cold starters such as guacamole, maki rolls, ceviche and salads, hot starters such as mouthwatering quesadillas, tacos, and gyozas, and ending with a selection of tempting mains.
“Not to mention the sweet surprise, delightful selection of desserts as a final touch,” the statement notes.
The dishes are paired with enhanced beverages for a total of QR420 per person, or one can enjoy the meal with a choice of fresh mocktails, soft drinks and water for QR320 per person.
Little ones aged between six and 12 years are more than welcome for QR150 per person.
Chef Alejandro Reyes, head chef of Zengo, said: “We are very excited for this collaboration with Maya as it is the perfect way for guests to try the best dishes of Asian and Mexican cuisine in one afternoon.”
“Our main goal is to combine flavours that are, at the first sight, not compatible, but when carefully selected it becomes a perfect match,’’ added chef Sergio Galaz, head chef of Maya.
“Brunch It Up” is available on Fridays from 12.30pm-4pm at Zengo Doha, located at the Kempinski Residences and Suites.
