The Health Monitoring Section of Doha Municipality conducted recently an inspection drive on a number of areas of Doha and industrial area. .
The drive included 126 inspection visits to food establishments, where thirteen violations were recorded most of them were about preparing food in unhealthy conditions, absence of health certificates for workers, and using food items which are not fit for human consumption.
The Municipality also shut down eight food establishments from three to seven days, in addition to immediate closure of four food establishments for 30 days, because of employing workers without health certificate
