Health insurance and flight ticket are a must for family visa approval, an official from the Ministry of Interior (MoI) has said.
While addressing an awareness seminar on Wednesday, Lieutenant-Colonel Tariq Eissa al-Aqeedi, of the Media and Public Relations Department at the General Directorate of Passports, said that the family visa application should be accompanied by these two documents.
He was replying to a question during the programme.
The MoI official said that a visit visa expires once the visa holder exits the country.
Earlier, visa holders could make multiple entries by using a visit visa.
