If a teacher is found guilty taking tuition at their respective homes or tuition centres then they will have to face the consequences.

As directed by the SEC there is special smoking zones in independent schools for chain smokers and if anyone is found elsewhere smoking will be punished as per the SEC rules. The punishment by the SEC for smoking at the wrong place is deduction of salary for the first time and if a second repetition of the same mistake happens, two to three days salary may be deducted. If severely disrespecting the rules lay by SEC again and again, the employee is liable to lose his or her job.

These guidelines will be applicable from Sunday, the beginning of this new academic year 2015-2016 as reported by the Arab daily. As per the SEC the punishments for the guilty include warning, salary deduction and removal from the service .For serious crimes like fake documentation, endangering the security of the school will also result in losing the job.

All the above punishments are applicable also to those found drunk, assaulting with the director or parents, helping children for malpractice and also for disclosing the personal information of the students.
