Doha, Qatar: Lusail Speed Fest gears up for its electrifying second race weekend, featuring the MotoGP Qatar Airways Grand Prix of Qatar, scheduled from March 8 to 10. Since 2004, Lusail International Circuit (LIC) has been the proud host of MotoGP races.
As the teams prepare for the pinnacle of motorcycle road racing, LIC has shared vital information for fans to ensure a seamless and memorable experience.

The MotoGP Qatar Airways Grand Prix of Qatar schedule includes practice and qualifying sessions, support races, and special events. Here are the venue gate opening times:
- Friday, March 8: Gates open at 12:30 pm and close at 10:30 pm.
- Saturday, March 9: Gates open at 11:00 am and close at 9:30 pm.
- Sunday, March 10: Gates open at 1:30 pm and close at 9:00 pm.
Arrival at Lusail International Circuit:
Metro: Utilize the public transportation system for hassle-free travel. A free shuttle bus service will be available at Lusail QNB Shelter Two, located on the West side of Lusail Metro station. Shuttle timings:
- Friday, March 8: 2:00 pm – 9:00 pm
- Saturday, March 9: 11:00 am – 8:00 pm
- Sunday, March 10: 1:00 pm – 9:00 pm The shuttle journey takes approximately 20 minutes.
Personal Vehicle: If driving, consider the following:
- Free parking spaces are available, but carpooling and public transport are encouraged.
- Plan to arrive early to avoid traffic congestion.
- Follow signs to access Lusail Circuit from Al Khor Coastal Road.
Taxi: Karwa taxis will be available for drop-off and pick-up near the venue entry gates.
