Doha, Qatar: Lusail Boulevard is gearing up for a lively celebration, complete with dynamic performances, exciting events, and an abundance of fun to mark the imminent kickoff of the AFC Asian Cup Qatar 2023 this Friday.
The event, named Hello Asia!, is set to commence on January 10 and will continue until February 10, 2024. Visitors can expect captivating parades, vibrant markets, a diverse array of ethnic cuisines, and colorful folklore performances at Lusail Boulevard, already adorned with AFC Asian Cup decorations.
Spanning the 1.3-kilometer stretch, the Boulevard will showcase 'Country Zones' featuring 24 nations, including Qatar, China, India, South Korea, and Lebanon, among others. These zones provide visitors with an opportunity to experience the hospitality and unique cultures of the countries participating in the AFC Asian Cup.
Events at Lusail Boulevard are scheduled to take place from January 10 to February 10, 2024, between 4 pm and 12 am. Two parades are slated each day, running from 6:30 pm to 7:15 pm and 9 pm to 9:45 pm.
Lusail City has also announced that events at the Boulevard will not occur on match days at Lusail Stadium, where matches are set to take place on January 12 for the tournament's kickoff and February 10 for the Finals.
