Qatar Meteorology Department in its observations reported that fog cover over the country is increasing with a drop in visibility.
Fog spread in most regions of the country is leading to fall in visibility sometimes to less than 1km especially in the southern regions.
Though the department predicted that the condition will improve by noon, there is a chance of mist to continue tonight over most areas of the country. This might cause poor visibility below 1km at times. This condition will continue until 10am on tomorrow, February 24.
The department requested motorists to take extra care while driving and also to follow its updates through social media.
