First Ooredoo eGaming tournament launched

Doha: Ooredoo, a leader in 5G and innovation, has launched the first eGaming tournament that forms part of its eSports brand, Ooredoo Nation – Gamers’ Land. 

Ooredoo Nation— Gamers’ Land is a joint initiative with eSports leaders Quest. The brand is a fraternity that is beyond geographical boundaries, a community of gamers that grows faster by the minute, inventing, innovating, creating, evolving, and raising the game. Ooredoo Nation dares gamers to find one sport it does not play. 

The first tournament to be held as part of the Ooredoo Nation: Gamers’ Land initiative is CS:GO, and is the first eGaming tournament in the region to be initiated by a telecommunication company.
