Ezdan Real Estate has announced the launch of a promotional campaign for commercial units at Ezdan Oasis in Al Wukair, which targets small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), including craftsmen, entrepreneurs and companies.
Hani Dabash, director, Ezdan Real Estate Property Management, said the promotion will run from July 21 until September 30.
The new tenants will be able to choose from spaces between 60m and 104m, which can be used as flexible space units. The 15-month free rental promotion offers lease to more than 500 diverse commercial outlets, the company has said in a statement.
Ezdan Oasis spreads over an area of 1mn sq m and is expected to house more than 35,000 residents in around 9,000 housing units. It encompasses two schools, a LuLu Hypermarket and a variety of services and facilities that integrate to form “an ideal living and working environment”, the statement notes.
“The new promotion campaign on commercial units comes in line with the launch of a new phase in the mega project of Ezdan Oasis in Al Wukair. This campaign aims at offering cost-effective rentals for new investors and encouraging them to fill vacant commercial units in the Oasis. Traders, entrepreneurs and investors under the special summer offer will receive a three-month gratuity period, plus a full year free of charge,” Dabash said.
“Therefore, each new tenant who enters into a contract between July 21 and September 30 will be entitled to 15 months free of charge, which in turn will boost the long-term business and its stability. This serves the residents of Ezdan Oasis and the surrounding areas, and would finally benefit the Al Wukair region, by triggering a commercial and economic boom,” Dabash added.
