Doha: The Organizing Committee of the Qatar National Day (QND) celebrations has announced that the Darb Al Saai activities will not be held this year 2021 and will instead have various activities at different places in the country to celebrate QND 2021.
A permanent place is getting ready for Darb Al Saai, in coordination with the Special Engineering Office, in Umm Salal Mohammed and from next year, 2022, the activities will held there, the Organizing Committee announced today.
"Ancestral Meadows: A Matter of Trust" is the slogan for this year’s QND.
The National Day, which is marked on December 18, is aimed to deepen belonging and loyalty to the homeland, highlighting all manifestations of solidarity, unity and pride in the national identity of the State of Qatar.
