The Public Works Authority (Ashghal) has announced a closure from Thursday until Sunday on Bani Hajer Interchange from Dukhan to Bani Hajer and from Bani Hajer to Doha for five hours on weekdays from midnight and all day on Friday and Saturday. During the closure implemented in co-ordination with the General Directorate of Traffic, road users on Dukhan Road and Al Shahama Street heading towards Bani Hajer and Doha will have to make a U-turn on Al Shafi Interchange to reach their destinations. Ashghal will install road signs advising motorists of the temporary closure and requested all to follow them and abide by the speed limit to ensure safety.
