Doha, Qatar: The deadline for entry under the Hayya visa program for fans of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 has officially closed as of February 10. Initially extended in December of last year, the Hayya visa program was designed to facilitate the arrival process for global fans and visitors attending Qatar’s major sporting events and other activities.
Hayya visa holders have begun receiving emails from the Hayya platform informing them of the expiration of their Hayya visa entry. Those wishing to reapply must obtain a new Entry Visa. The email states, "You can submit a new Hayya application through the Hayya to Qatar App or on Hayya."
As per the guidelines set by the Ministry of Interior, the visa will remain valid until February 24, with February 10 being the final opportunity for visa holders to enter Qatar. This window allowed them the chance to participate in various events, including the recently concluded AFC Asian Cup
