The ceremony at the Qatar National Convention Center, in line with the Covid-19 protocols, witnessed the graduation of 865 Qatari professionals in multiple fields and that of CCQ’s first batch of students of the Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology programme.

Speaking on the occasion, president Dr Mohamed al-Naemi congratulated the graduates and stressed the important role CCQ plays in providing quality education for all community members, living up to its slogan “We Teach Generations for a Better Future”.
Dr al-Naemi took the opportunity to shed light on the strategic and academic partnerships that CCQ concluded this year as part of its continuous co-operation with the different institutions to provide its students with more academic, research and training opportunities. Hassan al-Shahrani, a presenter at Qatar TV, spoke on behalf of the graduates.
HE Sheikh Khalid honoured the outstanding graduates Fatima Mahdi al-Khalaf, Ahmad Yusef Afsari, Abdulla Hassan Alsaegh and Amna Mahmoud al-Ali.
Commenting on her journey at CCQ, Amna Mahmoud al-Ali, a graduate of the Associate of Arts in Public Administration programme, said: “I joined CCQ to advance my career and I feel proud of what I have accomplished and grateful to my professors and CCQ administration for their great efforts and support.”
Ahmad Yusef Afsari, a graduate of the Associate of Science in Information Technology programme, spoke highly of the flexibility that CCQ provides to its students who wish to complete their studies and work at the same time, without the need to travel and study abroad.
