The Ministry of Municipality, represented by the Public Parks Department, in co-operation with Baladna Food Industries, organised an event to plant a number of trees at Baladna Farm, as part of a programme to plant 5,000 trees within the One Million Trees initiative.
A number of officials from the Public Parks Department and the Gardens Department of the Municipality of Al Khor and Al Thakhira and the company participated in the event. A number of seedlings suitable for the local climatic conditions were planted.
