The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoCI), in co-operation with Q-Auto, has recalled Audi A8, and S8 models of 2019-2020, due to corrosion on connector housing of engine control unit, which will turn on the engine warning indication lamp.
The MoCI, in co-operation with United Cars Almana, has also recalled Dodge Ram model of 2020, due to a possibility of the side view mirror glass falling, and that of the clip, which connects the master cylinder push rod to the brake pedal, missing.
The recall campaign comes within the framework of the MoCI’s continuous efforts to protect consumers and ensure that dealers follow up on vehicle defects and repairs.
The MoCI said that it will co-ordinate with the dealer to follow up on the maintenance and repair works and will communicate with customers to ensure that they carried out the necessary repairs.
