Amir sends condolences to President of Russia

Doha: The Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani sent a cable of condolences to President of the Russian Federation HE Vladimir Putin on the victims of the passenger plane crashed in Russia's far eastern Kamchatka peninsula.
