His Highness the Personal Representative of the Amir Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad al-Thani attended the reception along with a number of Sheikhs. The Amir, meanwhile, exchanged Ramadan greetings Somalia President Mohamed Abdullah Faramago during a telephone conversation.
