Doha, Qatar: In the initial 24 hours following the release of a second batch on November 19, 2023, an additional 90,000 tickets for the AFC Asian Cup Qatar 2023 were swiftly snapped up. Notably, fans from Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and India dominated the ticket purchases once again. The match between Saudi Arabia and Oman emerged as a key draw, leading the ticket sales alongside the tournament opener between Qatar and Lebanon, slated for January 12 at the iconic Lusail Stadium.
Ticket sales for the tournament are still in progress, with fans having the option to purchase tickets online through the official ticketing website. Group stage match tickets start at 25 QAR, and a total of 51 matches are scheduled across various stadiums from January 12 to February 10, 2024.
Qatar's compact infrastructure ensures that the farthest distance between any two stadiums is only 75 kilometers, facilitating both supporters and players to stay in one-place accommodation throughout the tournament. The stadiums, along with key cultural and fan activity sites, will be seamlessly connected by a robust metro system and a modern road network.
All match tickets for the AFC Asian Cup Qatar 2023 are digital, downloadable, and can be presented on any mobile device. Notably, Hayya will not be a mandatory prerequisite for entry into the stadiums.
To ensure an inclusive experience, all stadiums will be equipped with accessible seating options, including wheelchair-accessible seating and seats designed for individuals with limited mobility.
