Ministry of Public Health today recorded 216 new cases of coronavirus (COVID-19) and 201 people recovered from the virus in the last 24 hours, bringing the total number of people recovered in Qatar to 107,578. No deaths were reported in the last 24 hours.
The total number of positive COVID-19 cases recorded in Qatar is 110911 and there are 3159 active cases under treatment. So far, 174 people died from the coronavirus in Qatar.
All new cases have been placed in isolation and are receiving necessary health care according to their health status.
Ministry conducted 3289 tests in the last 24 hours taking the total tests done so far to 4986667 tests. There are 29 cases of hospital admissions in the last 24 hours.
One patient was admitted to intensive care due to health complications resulting from infection with the virus, bringing the total number of cases receiving medical care in intensive care currently to 75.
