About Your Job:
In this role you will be responsible for coordinating and communicating with key stakeholders across the network, departments , and stations, course participants Qatar Airways and Ground Handling Agents, you will be responsible for effective management of all key administration and logistic requirements. One will work closely with the Learning Specialists and Manager of Talent Development to ensure course requirements are adhered to.
 Your key accountabilities will include but not limited to;
coordinating classroom and virtual courses
managing and setting up training rooms within the training centre of external hotels.
setting up travel/hotel and other logistics for participants and external trainers
processing visa applications as required
Ordering and tracking training materials and supplies using company purchasing tool
maintaining and operating the learning management system for scheduling, enrolling, joining instructions, pre- and post-course administration and resource management
About You:
To be successful in this role you will need a Trade or Vocational qualification, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent amount of business experience in a related role. A good English command will be  required. Arabic skills would be an added advantage.
You will need a minimum of 3 years job related experience with experience working on a Learning Management System.  You will need well developed interpersonal skills with a customer service outlook. You will need a critical eye for detail an a strong commitment to completing tasks to high standards. A logical approach to fault finding, developing solutions and taking corrective actions is required.
