About Your Job:
This role maintains flight and cabin crew CRM training records and it also requires you to coordinate and communicate with different departments in Qatar Airways and liaising with external customers in order to plan the CRM training
This needs a keen eye to ensure the effective management of all training logistic requirements and that includes:-
Overseeing the training nomination and course requirements make sure it goes smoothly with sound co-ordination as well as maintaining the CRM training data
Make sure there are enough people on the course and the training facilities are properly used.
Quickly handle all queries and ensure course venues, materials and participant schedules are in place and setup.
You will use a number of applications to manage, organise and update this data to ensure timely communication and effective information sharing internally and externally.
About You:
Solid and proven administrative or similar experience of about 3 years is definitely necessary to meet the challenges of the role, and Aviation experience is Definite advantage as would be a good understanding of Aviation Safety.   Your technical skills should include sound knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint and Oracle .
You absolutely must have well-developed people skills along with excellent written and oral communication skills are required.    
 Your education status will be A-Level (High School) standard or equivalent and a University Degree is highly desirable but not necessary.
Please note you will be required to successfully complete a Qatar Airways CRM Initial course.
