Job Description :

We are currently looking for a highly competent, results driven and
strategic thinking HR, Training, Quality and Administration Executive 
to join our team based in Wakra.
You will need a good background in Human Resources, the ability to train our on-line courses to our people, an interest in shipping and logistics, fantastic Microsoft XL, Word and Powerpoint capability and a structured and organised approach. You’ll need to be effective. You will be responsible for:
• Streamlining our current administration and providing proactive renewal alerts for for  documentation, leave balances, ad-hoc items documentation,
• Implementing our Global ISO 9001:2008 system into the business,  and then
 initiating WSS Qatar as a pilot site for ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
• Recruitment for all employee levels of 4 business units 
• Bringing our training back into the classroom, delivering ready-made online courses  to our employees 
• Planning and then implementing a WSS Training Academy in Qatar for fast track Planning and then implementing fast track  recruits for WSS countries across the Middle East Region
• Maintaining fleet expenditure records and providing analysis from them, assisting  with fleet replacement strategy  In return, we will offer you a competitive salary package, including car, an exciting work-place environment and unlimited potential.
You’ll need: 
• Absolute fluency in English, written and spoken 
• A proven ability to train all employee levels
• The ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and be computer literate
• Knowledge of and competency in a HSE and ISO environment
• Determination and a hunger to get the job done perfectly every time 
• A valid clean Qatari driving licence and a transferable visa
