BSS Specialist – CRM - VOD00073W
Role purpose: 
To work within the BSS Expert Services team as a Siebel CRM Specialist, reporting to the Senior Domain Manager - BSS.  Accountable for estimation and design of the Siebel CRM component, as well as working with CRM build teams as required.  Able to analyse requirements and communicate effectively with business stakeholders.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership : 
• Siebel design & configuration decisions and documentation
• Siebel project build estimations and reviews of vendor estimations
• Working with and advising offshore Siebel implementation teams
• Providing input to VF Qatar’s Siebel Roadmap and ensuring the Siebel application is leveraging all future application features

Key performance indicators:
• Meeting project Design decision deadlines as required
• Thought leadership idea generation on CRM evolution
• Alignment to best practise CRM product design features

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
• Deep Siebel CRM design, configuration and development experience (5+ years).  Experience must partly include the Telco Domain.
• Delivery experience across 5+ CRM projects, including integration to other BSS applications.
• Preferred core skill set to include the following:  product modelling, pricing, EAI, OpenUI and server configuration activities
• Knowledge of Oracle Order-to-Cash, Agent Assisted Billing Care and RODOD standard integration design approaches would be a distinct advantage
• Good communication skills.  The role requires ability to talk effectively to technical as well as business stakeholders

• Siebel Certified Consultant version 8.x
