International Construction Company looking for an ADMIN OFFICER  to work in Qatar

ROLE:
• Liaising with PROs for the application of all new Employees’ visas (Business Visas, Work Visas).
• Preparing all documents required for the visa applications, obtaining signature from Management, etc.
• Maintaining records and monitoring the validity of temporary visas for all new Employees’ (and Families) visas until they get their Permanent Visa.
• Proceeding with the mobilization of Workers recruited by HR through Agents (bulk recruitment), coordinating with travel section and all other concerned for a smooth integration.
• Providing accurate reporting on time to Management.
REQUIREMENTS:
• At least 5 years experience in related field and well aware of Qatar Immigration procedures, documents and rules.
• Bachelors Degree.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
• Computer literate with excellent command over English, Arabic language (written mainly) is an advantage.
• Used to work under tight deadlines.
• Committed to Company rules and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills with all Staff levels (from Managers to Workers from all cultures and origins)
