Doha: Cultural Village Foundation - Katara has announced that it has successfully recovered its Instagram account after being hacked.
In a social media post, Katara stated: "Cultural Village Foundation - Katara announces that its Instagram account has been officially recovered."
On August 9, Katara had tweeted that its Instagram account has been hacked and warned its followers to avoid responding to any communication from the account until the issue is solved.
In the same announcement, Katara also mentioned that it "is not responsible for any of the content published on its Instagram account" during the period that it was hacked.
