Doha: More than 200 artists from over 60 countries will come together to exhibit their artworks at Katara this weekend as part of the second edition of Qatar International Art Festival (QIAF 2019) from November 1 to 5.
Organised in collaboration with MAPS International and Katara, the exhibition will open a world of opportunities for art lovers with exhibitions and live painting.
QIAF will host different events each day, beginning with art talk show and master art classes on November 2, a unique artistic fashion show on November 3, interior and real art show, and concluding with awards on November 4 evening.
“The festival features a diverse range of compelling and thought-provoking events and exhibitions and offers an opportunity to regain artist’s dreams and aspirations through creativity, self-expression and youth empowerment, bringing a fresh perspective on Qatar’s economic, social and cultural life,” a statement from the organisers said.
