DOHA: The 9th Senyar Festival will conclude its activities tomorrow, May 12, where Katara Beach will witness the conclusion of the Haddaq and Lifah championships and the coronation of the winners.
The awarding ceremonies will be at 4 pm.
Katara seeks, through its organisation of heritage festivals, to preserve the authentic Qatari heritage, and the Senyar Festival has become a vital event in the Qatari maritime heritage, with all the richness and originality of this heritage, and the wonderful atmosphere it provides that connects today's generations with their authentic past.
