We are looking for a SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR
to work along the management team on current on going and projects and future tendered projects. Employee to work along with and report to senior management on weekly basis and develop QS team of one or more. Fields of expertise must include the following but limited to:
• All Contractual Matters
• Tender negotiations
• Claims
• Variations
• Contra Charge Dispute
• IPC tracking
• Report to senior management on closure of disputes
• Stat reports • Report with accounts department
• Aging Payments
• Invoicing forecast
• Invoice preparation
• Cost Control
• BOQ Development
• Estimation
