Job Description :

This person is responsible for organizing and putting in place Acciona-GSSG FS’s quality co ntrol program, including:
•    Elaboration of site-specific daily control sheets for housekeepers
•    Creation of supervisor quality control checklists
•    Conducting self-check audits in random fashion throughout the facility, to ensure service levels are being met according to contract specifications
•    Conducting end-user surveys with the objective of gauging the satisfaction of both client end users as well as opinions of our service from patients and other building visitors
•    Elaboration of all reports on a monthly basis from the conducted quality control checks and surveys.

Education, Experience and Qualifications Requirements

•    Prefer completion of post-secondary education.
•    Minimum of three years’ experience working in operations environment related to housekeeping/cleaning, preferably in a healthcare environment.
•    Knowledge of cleaning/housekeeping methodologies for proper cleanliness of high-class facilities in the middle east.
•    Knowledge of Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators as methodologies to control quality in day to day operations in a housekeeping/cleaning operation.

Skills and Abilities Requirements

•    Excellent working knowledge of all healthcare housekeeping practices and procedures.
•    Working knowledge of quality control methodologies for ensuring operations comply with service level agreements and key performance indicators.
•    Must display a strong work ethic and initiative, and strive for quality work for superior customer service.
•    Excellent administrative skills.
•    Excellent organizational skills.
•    Excellent time management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
•    Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with both individuals and in group situations.
•    Ability to maintain good working relationship with supervisors, peers, subordinate staff, union officials and clients.
•    Effective oral communication skills, including the ability to listen and display empathy.

Excellent computer skills, including the ability to prepare documents using Microsoft Office Suite applications (MS Word, Excel, Outlook (e-mail) and PowerPoint
