Job Description:The P&C Senior Manager will deliver value to our clients by helping them to address complex people related issues, deliver on a sound HR strategy, achieve sustainable results and demonstrate real value. The P&C Senior Manager will be expected to do the following:Identify business opportunities for the P&C practice and work closely with industry and business unit teams to deliver engagements;Showcase in-depth one or multiple industry expertise;Work closely with clients’ senior leadership team and be seen by clients as the programme leader and a subject matter expert;Advise clients on strategic people related matters and drive PwC team to design and deliver solutions that can help transform clients’ organizations;Supervise the delivery of multiple P&C engagements and provide coaching to Project ManagersDefine engagement budgets and manage project commercials to ensure profitability.

Requirements:Masters Degree in HR or related subject; or MBA from a well recognized university.A mix of engineering and MBA/MHRM is an option CIPD, PHR or equivalent is preferential

Experience:10-12 years of experience.Working in a consulting environment; or in a project based organization.Work experience from Big 4 firms or Strategy houses

Skills:Ability to supervise multiple P&C projects.Ability to identify and generate new business opportunities for the P&C practice.Ability to help client define, articulate or update their HR strategy, initiatives and performance metrics.Ability to conduct organizational HR assessment.Ability to understand client’s business value chain, design structural options and operating models to support client’s business.Ability to advise clients on define board and management level committees structure and corporate governance principles,.Ability to advise clients and design solutions to address Talent Management challenges including Workforce Planning, Recruitment, Employee Performance Evaluation, Learning & Development, Succession & Career Path Planning, Nationalization.Ability to advise clients on short and long term reward strategies.Ability to drive strategic change management and communication activities.Ability to conduct interviews and facilitate workshops with senior client leadership.Ability to define and manage project commercials.Ability to drive and coach delivery project delivery team.English is essential.Arabic is preferential.Travel across the Middle East will be required regularly
