About the Business Unit:
The Customer Advocates are a substantial part of the customer Experience team within the eXperience Management department and are responsible for the definition, execution, enhancements, monitoring and reporting of Customer 360.

About the Role:
The position is responsible for the development of the customer journeys across all products and channels while ensuring the consistency of all the customer journeys across all products and channels as part of a team of customer advocates

About the Candidate:
You should have at least 10 years of experience in Customer Experience within telecommunications and other technology-focused industries (experience within Qatar/GCC preferred). You should have an experience in working in cross-functional matrix teams and a track record of being able to develop and introduce new business frameworks, systems and processes, and successfully gain adoption across the organization.

You should possess a Bachelor degree in Marketing or similar.
