IT Support Engineer (2017-14-ITD)

Basic Requirements :
| Education: | Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science. |
| Total Experience: | 2-3 years (for Bachelor holder) or 3-5 years (for Diploma holders) |
| GCC Experience: | Would be an advantage |
| Gender: | Male |
| Age: | Between 24 – 27 years old |
| Nationality: | Any |
Qualification :
- Working knowledge of ERP System (MS Dynamics AX/SAP)
- Knowledge of Sharepoint administration and configuration
- Knowledge of installation and configurations of ERP and Application Software including Database backup and recovery
- Good development skills to perform enhancements and modifications in SQL and C# code
- Knowledge of Windows server technologies
- Knowledge of Microsoft Desktop technologies and operating systems, installation and configuration of servers, desktops, printers, network and communication devices
- Good understanding of File servers, SAN, NAS, etc.
- Good understanding of network environments such as TCP/IP, VLANs, manageable switches, firewall, routers, etc.
Job Description :
- To provide support and assistance to staff who are computer and/or ERP users, maintain and monitor network and server requirements.
