Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base & ensure it’s strong presence in order to achieve sales goals & profitability.
  • Identify emerging markets & market shifts while being fully aware of new products & competition status, & finding new suppliers for these products.
  • Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
  • Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports Submitted by Sales Executives. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Ability for research & development.

Job Specifications:

  • 3-5 years of Extensive experience of Sales in a Trading Co. in Qatar.
  • Experience in printing, lighting or electronics field is preferred
  • Strong understanding of Customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
  • B.B.A. Degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Must have strong Business Communication and Leadership Skills
