Job Responsibilities: 

Responsible for timely provision of administrative services, transportation facilities, safety, security, catering, stationary stores and employee accommodation. The appointee will provide operational and strategic leadership to the Facilities Management section, other specific responsibilities include;

  • Determine procurement policy and sign off procedures for different procurement values
  • Develop guidelines and monitor compliance with health and safety standards
  • Develop guidelines on property management
  • Manage and ensure all maintenance and janitorial activities
  • Manage office services and procurement of the office services
  • Provide property management

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 years’ similar experience working for an industrial organization
  • Diploma certificate
  • Qatari national only
