An established international company specializing in fire suppression systems, and special hazards systems is in urgent need of: Division Finance Manager

Job Role: Working in parallel to the finance manager (corporate) and reporting to the general manager and company’s president, assume the lead responsibility for establishing the financial reporting function and associated management cost/cost reporting/cash flow forecasting Including KPIs and other performance management metrics) for a newly-established engineered/large projects division of the company. Position includes oversight for receivables management, and coordination for the financing with local banks and other sources of funding to ensure working capital objectives are met. In addition, under the supervision of the company’s President, the Division finance Manager will manage certain company-wide functions, which may include the preparation of Financial Statements and coordination on other accounting matters, assistance in developing and executing strategic and business plans. Duties would also include monitoring and advising with respect to dayto-day financial activities and results, including internal control, job costing and inventory procedures. Other responsibilities to include budgeting, vendor obligations, loan repayments, negotiating and implementing letters of credit and other arrangements to secure customer payment, payment terms with suppliers, reporting to the US parent company.

SKILLS

Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting, with qualification preferred. Must have excellent English communication and writing skills, and a minimum of ten years of progressive experience in a finance role, preferably in the contracting/construction industry. Minimum of five years of management experience. Preferred two – three years of Gulf experience.  Send CV.
